Starts of as a wide area with mild roots and turns into an area with big roots, this then turns into nice single track with some steep stuff at the end.
On the free way heading towards diamond head get off on the sixth street exit and go left. Go to Waialae Ave. and turn left. A couple of blocks down there will be a city mill and a texaco take a right after the texaco and head up the hill. Go to the very top of the hill and take a left, you should enter a state park. Go to the parking lot and park and the trail is on the eva side.
